But, personally I'd rather be down on MILL CREEK, which borders the lot! The FEMA Flood Map says it is NOT in the flood zone. The foundation of the house is up on the higher ground near the paved road. I'm sure there was a septic tank and it was hooked up to electricity and public water, so there was a meter and water and fill lines on the property, and electricity is there to be reattached.
